3. Mode of Refund

Once approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Online Payments (UPI, Cards, Net Banking): Refunded to the source account.


4. Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after approval.

  • In case of a delay due to bank processing, we will notify you via email or WhatsApp.


5. Partial Refunds

In rare situations where only part of an order is defective or missing, we may issue a partial refund or store credit.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Delay in delivery due to courier issues (beyond our control)

  • Wrong shipping address entered by customer

  • Package refused or undelivered due to unavailability
